Can I install or maintain gas appliances myself?
Only a Gas Safe registered engineer can carry out servicing, maintenance or install gas appliances, boilers, hobs, ovens or fires in your home or workplace. A Gas Safe registered engineer has been checked to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas. Please see www.gassaferegister.co.uk for more information
It is your responsibility to ensure that your installer is Gas Safe registered
Are your products new?
Yes, all products are new and fully tested, guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months.
How do I identify which product to order?
All Pactrol products carry a unique product number for easy idenification when reordering.
This product number can normally be found on the product facia label on the front of the control or on the process label on the side of the control.
Some products have variant models - for example P16 and CSS ranges.
These are identified by the variant number after the product number.
For example: - 400601 is the standard P16 DI, while 400601/V03 is P16 DIS NF - essentially a different product.

Can I buy OEM boiler spares?
Pactrol manufactures controls for many boiler and heating appliance manufacturers and are unable to sell these spares direct to third parties.

What do I pay for delivery and where do you ship Pactrol products?
On all UK orders over £30 placed before 1.30 pm we offer free tracked delivery via UPS. 
Delivery is usually next day on orders placed Monday to Thursday - but can take 2 to 3 working days.
We make every effort to dispatch orders the same day, but this is not always possible and is not guaranteed.
Orders placed after 1.30 pm will only be dispatched next working day.
We will advise you by email when your order has been dispatched..

We can also deliver worldwide - Subject to our internal policies.
We do not dispatch orders on a Friday. Orders placed on a Thursday or weekend will only be dispatched on the Monday and will usually be delivered Tuesday.
Free Next day delivery is not available to non UK customers and delivery can take between 2 and 6 days after dispatch.

Trade Compliance
We have a Trade compliance Policy at Pactrol Soulutions to ensure that we meet with all the current applicable import and export control lawas and regulations. We are therefore unable to accept orders from any countries that are subject to UN, EU or USA Trade embargoes.

How can I pay for my order?
For your convenience, Pactrol Solutions accept the following secure payment method:-
RBS World Pay accept the following credit and debit cards and are processed securely.
We also accept payments made via Paypal
N.B. We are unable to accept Laser card payments (Customers from Ireland)
We only accept payment in £ - Pounds Stirling.
VAT is applied to all orders.
All transactions via Pactrol solutions.com are protected by WorldPay secure servers using standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5. Communication between our customers and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL.
No card details are retained either by Pactrol Solutions or World Pay
Please note we are unable to take credit card payments over the phone.
